We love a good origin story. And ours is incomplete without our Chef du Tea, Gaurav Saria.

Having grown up surrounded by freshly harvested tea and the crisp mountain air, his obsession with the world of tea was inevitable. This then mutated to a lifelong affair with the culinary arts.

Hence, he wears many hats and aprons.

He is a flavour-whisperer. Both in his recipes and tea blends, he intuitively tames wild flavours to give you a sensory experience.
